FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D Printing
Material (filament) is heated and deposited onto a build platform in a layer-by-layer process to form the complete object.
Most common, versatile printing method. Wide variety of materials from cheap to expensive. Small to very large objects.
FDM Multi-Material 3D Printing
Material (filament) is heated and deposited onto a build platform in a layer-by-layer process to form the complete object.
Versatile printing method. Wide variety of materials can be combined for complex products.
FDM Multi-Color 3D Printing
Material (filament) is heated and deposited onto a build platform in a layer-by-layer process to form the complete object.
Versatile economical printing method. Wide variety of mixing color capabilities. Up to 16 different colors and/or materials.
SLA (Stereolithography Apparatus) Resin 3D Printing
Powerful UV is selectively flashed onto photosensitive resin. Exposed resin cures (hardens) one layer at a time to produce a 3D object. Post processing wash and further curing is applied.
Very high quality and resolution. Moderate to expensive material cost. Small to medium sized objects.
